Q1: May I have a free sample?

A: Yes, of course. We are glad to send sample freely, and you just need to pay the freight.

Q2.: What is your quality control system?

A:We produce the goods same quality as approved samples.In mass production, our quality team will  inspect the goods for first time,second time and third time during different production processing. Such as waving, forming, cutting,adhesive , packing,before shiping,etc.

We will ship samples for approved again before shipment if needed. After customers confirmed the shipment samples, we arrange the shipment.

Q3:How to get quick quote of hook and loop?

A:Please provide the material ,size ,color ,quantity and any other requirements.  (It will be better if you could provide the photo of products.)

Q4:What’s the MOQ?

A:If we have stock, there will be no MOQ.The larger the quantity is,the price will be better.

Q5: What's your delivery time?

A: Generally, 2-5days for samples, 7-25 days for mass production.It mainly depends on your quantity.

Q6: Can you print logo on hook and loop?

A: Yes, we could print your logo on hook and loop.  

Q7: What are your payment terms?

A:We accept PayPal, T/T and Western Union etc.

30% T/T in advance before production, 70% balance before goods loading (or as discussed) 

Q8: Could you accept OEM order?

A:Yes, OEM is welcome, we are a factory, we produce all kind of hook and loop. 

Q9: What is hook and loop?

A: Hook and loop is a fastener closure system. The rough side is called hook,the soft side is called loop. The hook engages into the loop and provides the closure mechanism. There are many forms and combinations of hook and loop as well as self-engaging and single-component technologies.

Q10:Can I just buy the hook?

A:Yes. Most retail packaging includes both sides for the consumer’s convenience, business products are usually sold separately, so you can buy just one side or more of one side. It depends on your application.
